Job Title: Die Setter - DIRECT HIRE

Location: Sterling Heights ( 18 mile road)

Shift: 2rd, (Mon-Friday) 2:00 p.m- 11 p.m. (Weekends and OT depend on production needs)

Shift: 3rd (Mon-Friday) 9:00 p.m. - 6 a.m. (Weekends and OT depend on production needs)

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00/hr

Job Description:

· Plans, directs, controls and coordinates the activities of the assigned production workers. Insures and monitors compliance to establish safety, quality, schedules, and cost parameters.

· Maintains housekeeping of immediate work area.

· Affixes stickers, labels, etc. to production material.

· Reports any unsafe or suspected unsafe conditions to supervisor

· Conforms to all applicable Company policies and procedures.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

· Leadership Role

Knowledge & Abilities:

· Analyze and compile data

· Schedule, train, supervise and inspect the activities and output of employees.

· Physical Demands:

· Must be able to stand for long periods of time

· Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch around equipment.

· Good vision with depth perception and distinguish between colors.

Machines/Equipment

· Production machinery and equipment including hydraulic presses, press feed systems industrial lift truck, etc.

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a Drug Screen
• Must be able to pass a Background Check
• Must be able to pass a Physical Screening
