G&M Healthcare is looking for compassionate, committed, and friendly people as Direct Support Professionals. These individuals would be responsible for providing personal care and companionship to adults with developmental disabilities. (MUST HAVE 2nd AND 3rd SHIFT/OVERNIGHT AVAILABILITY)
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- CPR Certified Preferred.
- Assists individuals with daily personal needs and activities.
- Assists individuals in dressing, bathing, and completing basic hygiene tasks (as needed)
- Prepares meals that adhere to special dietary considerations.
- Run errands to necessary locations when applicable (e.g., grocery shopping, drug store, desired outings)
- Provide documentation for all individual plan data, behavior plan data, individual fund logs, and mileage logs.
- Ability to work well independently, and as part of a team.
- Must have experience working with autistic and behavioral clients.
