The leader in this position is required to understand and manage the operations of a 3PL service warehouse, working methodically and constantly to improve operations and opportunities on the job site, likewise, the supervisor must be an inspiring figure. staff to work as a team. The position plays a key role in proactively implementing changes that satisfy the needs of our clients, ensuring compliance with metrics.

ACTIVITIES:

1. Supervise the operations of the logistics team of the compliance unit and E-Commerce accounts (B2B and B2C) ensuring logistics coordination for the fulfillment of the operation.
2. Provide solutions to clients in the event of any incident in the operation.
3. Ensure and coordinate the daily programming for the fulfillment of the operation based on the delivery plan and according to the resources.
4. Coordination and compliance with the sending of information to internal and external suppliers about any inherent changes that may put the operation at risk.
5. Manage the training of the team and its coordination of activities, ensuring the execution of the annual training plan.
6. Execute necessary actions and countermeasures to avoid interruptions in the operation based on risk analysis.

American Citizen or Resident.

Degree completed in Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar.

5 years or more of experience in a similar position in the Warehouse, Logistics or Production area.

Bilingual English and Spanish. 

Knowledge of ISO 9000, CTPAT and OAS certifications.
