Job Overview: As a Sales Associate at G-Force Powersports, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers, understand their requirements, and offer appropriate product recommendations. You will actively participate in the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers to introduce our products and generate interest in our offerings.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through all possible marketing channels.
Provide personalized product demonstrations and presentations to prospects, addressing their specific needs and concerns effectively.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to remain competitive in the market.
Assist with sales and marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance selling techniques and product knowledge.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records using the company's CRM system.
