About the Job

All miles are paid from the odometer for every mile the truck moves. Stop pay for every stop. backhaul pay, hourly pay. overnight pay, break down pay for the entire time your truck is down.

Quarterly safety bonuses, annual associates' bonus, clean inspection bonuses, employee purchase plan, full benefits plans, 3 weeks paid time off.

we accept all skill levels from student drivers to the most experienced. we also offer a paid cdl training program for those interested in a professional driving career.

Solo and Team opportunities available. up to$7000 sign on bonus based on experience.

Job Summary

• Company Driver (W2, Solo)
• Refrigerated
• Regional
• $1,400 - $1,900 total weekly avg. pay
• $20 - $27 per hour
• $0.46 - $0.59 CPM
• 2,500 - 3,400 avg. miles per week
• $7,000 sign on bonus
• 50% Driver Load / Unload
• Uniforms required
• No slip seating

Home Time

• 3 - 5 expected days out
• You can stay out longer if you want to
• Get 2 days of home time for every 5 days worked
• Home every weekend

Core Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Inspection of vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure.
• Submitting customer paperwork and deposits including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports.
• Maintaining a driver's log in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Stacking and sorting delivered cargo.
• Loading and unloading cargo while operating cargo handling equipment.
• Daily customer interactions and maintaining good customer relations.
• Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
• Being available for work at all times in order to meet customer pickup and delivery schedules.

Hiring Requirements

Class A license without any of the following restrictions : (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer or (K) Intrastate Only
