G&A Partners' client is currently seeking a Skilled Laborer (Coating Workstation) to join its team in Channelview, TX.

Responsibilities

• Apply coatings and paint to prepare pipe or metal surfaces using necessary equipment such as airless spray gun.
• Work on transportation and storage of the pipes, creating templates, sandblasting, and loading of the pipes.
• Responsible all the activities in the Coating Workstation
• Work on other duties in other departments as assigned by supervisor.
• Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing
• Obeying health and safety codes, as well as the company's principles.
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment

Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeships will be a plus.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and practical experience with tools.
• good understanding of safety procedures.
• Willingness to learn and be flexible.
• Positive attitude and great interpersonal skills.

Certifications:

Our company is looking for the candidates who holds only validated certificates.

SSPC-C12: Spray Application (C-12) Certified Painting Operator

SSPC-C7: Abrasive blasting (C-7) Certified Blasting Operator

Experience:

• Manufacturing Experience will be a plus
