General Summary:

Support Sales team in the sales process.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities and Duties

• Prepare and maintain binders and other presentation materials.
• Capture information created during sales and design process
• Place orders for hardware pulls
• Maintain showroom and sales aids.
• Create Hardware Installation packets
• Attend Sales meetings and keep notes as needed
• Contact clientele to gather or give information as needed
• Submit signed contracts to General Manger
• Additional tasks as required from Sales team or Sales Manager
• Opportunity to advance in sales team (draw, bid)
• Answer phones and greet customers in a professional manner

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Able to read blueprints
• Understanding of Perspective, Elevation, Floor Plan, and Cross Section Drawings.
• Organizational Skills
• Able to use PDF, Word, Excel, Office software
• Communicate well with Sales/Design and Design/Engineer to capture their instructions.
• Able to learn and progress in sales team
