**Responsibilities**

* Answer all call involving dealer trades

* Call various dealers for units the dealership needs

* Handle all paperwork work involving dealer trades

* Arrange trucking and set up for out of state units that are sold

* Pre-stock sold units in proper year model books and in Netstar

* Handle high end clients for service appointments, loaner vehicles, ect

* Set up and coordinate in house training with appropriate parties

* Insure sales event signage and tags are on vehicles

* Acquire units in Netstar

* Respond to emails in a professional, well-spoken manner

* Type memos and correspondence for sales management

* Adhere strictly to all company rules, policies and procedures

* Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

* Time management, prioritization skills, and ability to multitask required

* Ambitious, goal oriented mentality and eager to improve

* Valid drivers license
