G&A Partners' client is currently seeking a Assistant Project Manager to join its team in Las Vegas, NV
General Summary:
Responsible for production and installation of all projects.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Supervise overall production (delivery, installation, customer service, subcontractors)
· Coordinates with clients for delivery, installation, and customer service
· Inspect jobs after installation and punch lists are complete
· Prepare punch lists and work orders
· Field dimension jobs when requested by General Manager or Salesman
· Plots job with Sales or from Sale’s instruction
· Conducts Post‐Plot Follow Up Jobsite Meeting
· Verify site ready to install via inspection
· Meet with Sales/Installation Team at start of job (1st day of install)
· Manage install process, including steel brackets (and Installers)
· Help facilitate any installer needs for success install at first attempt
· Help facilitate the needs of and assure quality workmanship of CS Reps.
· Assure all product is installed and items are not missing.
· Assure all product is installed within AKB Quality Standards
· Conduct Quality Assurance Walk and make punch lists during installation process (visit jobsite frequently during
· installation process)
· Create Final Punch List (within 48 hours of completion of installation)
· Provide Technical Expertise of AKB on jobsites and to Builders as needed
· Attends Production Meetings with General Manger, Sales Manager and Shop Manager
· Attends builder/contractor site meetings (aka SunWest meetings)
· Assure OSHA and Safety Rules are being followed in field
· Verifies all hourly wages of installers to Operations Manager
· Assists on CS issues when needed
· Inspects/validates QA issues with manufacturers or homeowner concerns.
· Assures proper training of installers in the AKB way of doing things.
· Final Walk with Sales/Client at job completion
Job Requirements:
· Ability to talk to clients and resolve their concerns
· Able to read a tape measure
· Able to read blueprint
· Understanding of Perspective, Elevation, Floor Plan, and Cross Section Drawings.
· Knowledge of Cabinetry and Millwork
· OSHA 30 card
