Job Qualifications
● Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
● Great communicator and multitasker, detail-oriented
● Positive attitude, good work ethic, integrity and empathetic toward people that are in pain
● Ability to handle difficult clients and create positive experiences
● Great demeanor, strong integrity and compassion
Client Care Specialist Duties/Responsibilities
● Handle in-coming calls on multi-phone line phone and scheduling patient appointments
● Collecting payment at time of service.
● Disseminate information to patients and act as a go-between for patients and physicians
● Perform insurance verification and authorizations, as needed
● Collect/open mail and distribute mail to proper areas/people
● Answer phones, act as a patient liaison, answer any questions from potential or current patients
● Coordinate evaluations, re-evaluations, appointment reminders and cancellations
● Collect new patient intake information and track all clinic referrals
● Communicate with the office manager and clinicians
● Light cleaning and laundry
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
