Fyda Freightliner Columbus is an Elite Support Certified dealer of new Freightliner trucks and Crane Carrier vocational severe-service vehicles, and carries a large inventory of all-makes of pre-owned trucks. Fyda Freightliner Columbus is the largest retailer of new and used Expediters in the United States. Serving the Columbus transportation industry hub since 1985, we operate as a full-service commercial truck dealership and body shop.

Requires professionalism and proper judgment when communicating with customers. The ability to research a variety of problem situations, posting checks to the customers account, and daily communication with customers .

• Responsible for collecting outstanding receivables on commercial accounts.
• Communicate with the customers on our payment terms, account set up conditions and inform the customer of any changes made to their account.
• Provide good customer service and support our Fyda team.
• Research and resolve all account discrepancies.
• Prepare adjustment paperwork, apply payment and maintain account balances.
• Prepare written communication in professional manner and document all conversations.
• Reconcile unidentified payments received in the AR Department.
• Mail out statements, invoices and past notices to the customer.
• Obtain valid sales tax forms and updatenew accounts
• Maintain an updated Age Trial Balance Report and resolve all unpaid invoices within 60 days of the sale date.
• Prepare daily reports.
• Provide relief for the receptionist on a daily basis

Requirements

• A high School diploma or 1-2 years accounting experience.
• Requires exceptional managerial skills and excel program. Good verbal/written skills and aptitude
• Computers, ten key calculator, and photocopiers
