"II. Job Summary:
1. Provide legal advice to leadership, functional departments to ensure compliance and minimize risk; 2. Review and Negotiate commercial contracts; 3. Manage litigation.
III. Job Functions and Duties
NO.Representative Duties
1Conduct internal investigation and handle investigations of government administrative agencies
2Prepare and review contracts, policies or memos as directed by Assistant General Counsel and General Counsel. Contracts includeas NDAs, joint development agreements and purchase and sales agreements with 3rd parties.
3Advise on Human Resources/Employee Relations regarding employment issues as directed by Assistant General Counsel.
4Manage outside counsel as may be delegated by General Counsel
5Other duties as assigned by Assistant General Counsel

Job RequirementsLanguage"Languages spoken commonly in the workplace are English and Mandarin. - Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers."
Experience5 years or relevant experience.
EducationJD from an accredited law school
Physical ConditionThe employee is regularly required to stand or sit for long periods. Duties will include long periods of viewing a computer monitor.
