Location: Greenville, SC, 29615
Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar senior sales role.
Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
Familiarity with CRM software.
Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field.
Establish the regional office and employ local staff.
Source vehicles, tools, office furniture, equipment, and branded items.
Supervise and support sales managers and regional office employees.
Create sales and marketing strategies.
Provide training to staff.
Manage sales CRM and produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
Other related duties.
Travel as needed.
