Sales Executive - Complete Building Services

City Wide Maintenance of South Carolina (Greenville) is looking for dedicated and experienced Sales Executive to join our very successful sales team within our Complete Building Solutions division. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and selling to companies that do not currently utilize City Wide for their building maintenance projects, this will mainly include janitorial and other building services. You have the luxury of having a territory that is overflowing with sales opportunities in WESTERN NORTH CAROLINA.

City Wide is a locally-owned, national organization in the building maintenance industry with more than 56 years’ of experience managing more than 20 facility services, including janitorial services. City Wide has a been a leader in the janitorial services industry in Greenville, SC since 2009 and continues to save time and solve problems for our clients.

City Wide offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes a base salary, commissions, bonuses; medical, dental, and vision coverage; paid holidays; PTO Time ; and a 401k program with company match.

This person will office in Greenville SC to cover and develop WNC

What You will bring to this position:

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

  • Proven track record of closing short-cycle B2B sales .
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Motivated by an uncapped commission structure
  • Desire to work in a team-oriented environment
  • 5 years of experience in combined inside and outside B2B sales experience with strong prospecting skills a demonstrated ability to close.
  • Previous experience selling services to businesses.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong MS Office and knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
