FusionPoint, Inc., a Woman Owned Business, is looking for Data Entry Operators to join our team and be part of something new and great!

FusionPoint is part of a Team that stood up a large electronic publication production facility and is recruiting additional team members to support a new contract for the United States Patent & Trademark Office. Our Data Entry Operators use the latest in optical character recognition technology and software combined with workflow management to deliver text accuracy exceeding the USPTO’s stringent requirements. Teammates are assigned work from a wide range of predominately computer-oriented tasks based directly on their demonstrated proficiencies.

OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Will work from various standardized source documents that have been coded and require little or no selecting, coding, or interpreting of data. 
• Resolving problems such as erroneous items and codes, or missing information 
• Demonstrated ability to process and input data using complex computer software systems.
• Training will be provided.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor. 

HOURS:

• MON-FRI 8:00am – 4:30pm with ½ lunch (may opt for schedule start time as early as 7:00am following training)

· Hourly Rate: $15.50 p/hour

Requirements

 REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Minimum High School Diploma
• EXCELLENT PREVIOUS EMPLOYMENT ATTENDANCE RECORD!
• At least 1-2 years continuous work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to listen and understand information and ideas as presented verbally.
• STRONG ORGANIZATION SKILLS, TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS, AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL WITH THE ABILITY TO MULTI-TASK IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT.
• Highly motivated, self-starter that can work proactively with minimal supervision and know when to escalate or seek guidance.
• Analytical thinker with the ability to work as part of a geographically dispersed team.
• Proficient technology skills, with the ability to use computer equipment at an expert level.
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and printer.
• Functional requirements include use of both hands, fingers, and ability for rapid mental and muscular coordination simultaneously.
• MUST pass personal background investigations to maintain public trust level access with the United States government.
• Proof of COVID 19 Vaccination Required.
