• Knowledgeable: You’ve earned your Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or you have 12 years of experience as a proven IT Program Management.

The Program Manager is responsible for coordinating, defining, staffing, and managing large Information Technology program(s) in accordance with client requirements and FBI guidelines. Guides, organizes, and monitors information technology professional services provided by team. Responsible for meeting program schedule, and performance objectives. Works with the project owner and/or FBI management to oversee delivery performance, ensure delivery quality and report schedule and execution performance. Has full accountability for the planning and production of all contract support activities.

What you’ll do:

Some of the services you will provide will include the following:

• Provides technical engineering support to include Project Management, Requirements Analysis, Systems Engineering, Operations and Maintenance, Network/Systems Administration, system Security, and Configuration management for the FBI infrastructure systems.
• Supervises all personnel engaged in the operation and support of network facilities, including all communications equipment in large scale or multi-shift operations.
• Supervises complex operations that involve two or more additional functions such as, but not limited to, network operations, systems security, systems software support, and production support activities.
• Leads team on large projects or significant segment of large complex projects.
• Analyzes new and complex project related problems and creates innovative solutions involving scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components.
• Communicating project requirements clearly.
• Creating a plan with incremental goals and deadlines.
• Planning and leading team meetings.
• Liaising between clients and team members.
• Delegating and assigning tasks.
• Ensuring deadlines are met.
• Identifying and mitigating obstacles.
• Writing project reviews and performance reports.
• Overseeing documentation.
