Fusion Property Management Company has an exciting opportunity to join our team as the Maintenance Technician in Ventura County. Maintenance Technicians ensure that their properties operate smoothly and efficiently from a maintenance standpoint by utilizing their skills and implementing appropriate procedures. The Maintenance Technician reports directly to the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.

Our ideal Maintenance Technician candidate will be a team player, have renovation and multi-family experience, can effectively meet and deal with the public, communicate effectively, and possess the ability to handle multiple, potentially stressful situations.

Maintenance Qualifications:

• 5 years of Maintenance experience in the multi-family industry.
• Experience completing and overseeing interior and exterior renovations.
• Promote professional attitude and teamwork.
• Maintain positive relationships with staff, vendors, and residents alike - even in the face of adversity.
• Thorough knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Hold a valid driver's license and have a reliable vehicle with insurance.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS -. Schedule and location may vary according to individual property and company needs including weekends, on-call, and “non” company holidays.

Physical Requirements – While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, sit, and talk or hear. The employee must frequently lift and or move up to 50 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts or in outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet, cold, and/or humid conditions, fumes, dust, toxic or caustic chemicals.

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
