Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. The Host/Host will welcome guests, manage reservations, and provide excellent customer service in a hospitality setting.

Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the establishment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Proficiency in POS systems for managing reservations
- Ability to assist and help guests with a positive attitude
- Strong guest relations skills to ensure a pleasant dining experience
- Knowledge of Aloha POS system is a plus
- Familiarity with hotel or restaurant operations
- Phone etiquette skills for handling reservations and inquiries

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
