Job Description:
Fusion Healthy Aging is seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our thriving medical practice in Fort Worth, Texas. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the medical practice, including scheduling, staff supervision, inventory management, and facility maintenance.
2. Financial Oversight: Oversee budgeting, billing, and revenue cycle management to ensure the financial health and sustainability of the practice.
3. Human Resources: Recruit, train, and supervise administrative and clinical staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
4. Patient Experience: Ensure exceptional patient satisfaction by implementing and maintaining high standards of customer service and quality care.
5. Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of healthcare regulations and ensure the practice adheres to all relevant laws and guidelines.
6. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with physicians and leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive practice growth and expansion.
7. Technology Integration: Evaluate and implement technology solutions to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and improve patient care delivery.
8. Community Engagement: Represent the practice in the local community, building relationships with patients, referring physicians, and other healthcare stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical practice management, with a strong understanding of healthcare operations, regulations, and reimbursement.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in practice management software and Square point of sale system.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of integrative medicine, holistic healthcare, and hormone replacement practices is a plus.
