As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and securing new clients for our diverse range of financing options.

Responsibilities:

  • Consultative Selling:
  • Understand the financial needs and challenges of businesses.
  • Provide consultative solutions and tailor financing offerings to meet the unique requirements of clients.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships:
  • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with business owners, decision-makers, and key influencers.
  • Maintain regular communication to understand evolving business needs..
  • Negotiation and Closing:
  • Skillfully negotiate terms and close deals with potential clients.
  • Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with the underwriting and support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for clients.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and client needs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of business financing products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
