Job description:

Fuse Specialty Appliances, a retail distributor of high-end luxury appliances, seeks a highly organized and proactive Showroom Operations Coordinator to join our amazing team in our Oakland Park Showroom in Ft. Lauderdale. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Showroom Operations Coordinator you will support the administrative efforts of the sales team and coordinate with various departments.

Specific duties include:

• Pro-Actively assisting the sales team with product orders and quote management.
• Maintain and update customer and prospect information in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Address any issues or discrepancies related to orders, working to resolve them efficiently.
• Maintain and organize sales documentation, contracts, and agreements.
• Provide support to customers regarding product information, order status, and other inquiries.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and smooth coordination of activities that impact sales.
• Generate and present regular reports on open orders in CRM systems.

Employment Type:

• Full Time

Schedule

• M-F 8:30 am- 5 pm
• A rotating Saturday 10 am-4pm

Education:

• High school or equivalent

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (Required)
