Further Enterprise Solutions is Hiring a Remote Remote- Site Acquisition Specialist
- Abstract telecommunication leases and amendments and enter updated information into enterprise database
- Determine monthly and annual rent streams and escalators for the leases
- Reconcile and process back rent payments
- Audit existing leases within enterprise data base to verify accuracy
- Assignments
- Obtaining Assignments: Supplier will be required to go into FUZE System to retrieve their assignments daily. Supplier will be required to manage assigned sites and ensure all assignments are correctly received. Supplier will coordinate with Verizon to ensure only appropriate assignments are obtained.
- Package Retrieval: Supplier will be required to go into FUZE System and review the package and documents necessary to complete the abstraction.
- Review of Lease Package Documents: Supplier will be required to review all Lease Package documents and verify their accuracy. If there are any discrepancies between Lease Package documents themselves, or between Lease Package documents and FUZE, Supplier will return the package to for resolution.
