Job Description
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.
You will be in charge of a rug store duties will include checking in and stocking rugs daily. Customer service and posting online daily.
10am - 7 pm 4 or 5 days a week plus Sunday 12pm-5pm. Days and hours are slightly flexible let us know your availability and we will see if it will work with our schedule.
Salary Commission & Bonuses
Must work weekends.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain products and services to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
- Enter and process customer orders
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
