What you willdo

Your main responsibilitiesinclude working as a sales engineer to demonstrate the value ofFunnel to prospects and customers.

This includes supporting themduring their assessment period from a technical standpoint whilesharing best practices related to gathering / managing / analyzingmarketing data especially within the context of addressing complexuse cases.

You will collaborate closely withour Account Executives and Customer Success Managers as well as ourProduct teams to provide input on the evolution of the Funnelproduct.

You will have achieved success when the prospectunderstands fully how Funnel is foundational to helping themachieve their business goals.

As a SolutionsConsultant you will :

Leadtechnical presales conversations withprospects

Work withcustomers on an ongoing basis to meet complex marketing data usecases

Become an expert inusing the Funnelplatform

Provide input tothe Product teams to make our solution even better and delivereverincreasing value to ourcustomers

Collaborate withother members of the global Solutions Consulting team on globalinitiatives

Supporttechnical knowledge acquisition as needed by other teams includingCustomer Success Support etc.

Experience & Skills :

Around 4 years of experiencein a solution / technical consulting or presales engineering role orsimilar

Domain knowledge ofdigital platforms and / or experience in working with data marketinganalytics or performancereporting

Experience in andenjoy working in a clientfacingrole

Proficiency withMicrosoft Excel Google Sheets Looker Studio and similarapplications

Fluency inverbal and written English (French is aplus)

A bachelors degree isaplus
