This position is hybrid with in-office days located at 23 East King Street in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
This role will develop and implement the strategic direction and focus for a variety of banking products in the area of small business. Primary responsibilities will focus on driving prioritization, development, implementation, and performance of specific Banking products while maintaining alignment with Fulton's profitability goals and objectives. The Director of Product Management will own various products and/or services assigned to product channels (both existing as well as new solutions) in support of growing revenue, optimize the experience of Fulton's consumers to drive acquisition and retention of relationships, and provide project management and team leadership for initiatives. In addition, the Director of Product Management will be responsible for Pricing recommendations and Cost of Funds goals. Incumbents will lead projects through an agile management framework and team leadership to execute on strategic initiatives. Occasional travel required.
Bachelor Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Business, Finance or other applicable. (Required)
Master Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Business Administration. (Preferred)
Experience7 or more years small business product development and management. (Required)
10 or more years banking, marketing, or project management within financial services. (Preferred)
1 or more years team leadership. (Required)
This role may perform other job duties as assigned by the manager. Each employee of the Organization, regardless of position, is accountable for reading, understanding and acting on the contents of all Company-assigned and/or job related Compliance Programs, regulations and policies and procedures, as well as ensure that all Compliance Training assignments are completed by established due dates. This includes but is not limited to, understanding and identifying compliance risks impacting their department(s), ensuring compliance with applicable laws or regulations, and escalating compliance risks to the appropriate level of management.
