Fulshear is a residential treatment to transition program for women , ages 18-27. Relationships are the guiding star of our program, where our work is helping young women heal and live beyond trauma and attachment wounds.

What does this job do?

• Support our clients in all aspects of thier daily schedule, inlcuding sessions, groups, life skill application, and productivity.
• Guide, encourage, and inspire clients in the direction of their goals.
• Model and develope healthy and meaningful relationships for our clients.
• Assess and tend to our clients' physical, emotional and environmental needs.
• Create fun moments and memories with our clients to balance the hard work they are doing. 

Qualifications

• Experience working on a team.
• Giving and receiving feedback.
• Understanding the importance of self-care and work/life harmony.
• Ability to motivate and encourage that gets successful results. 

Employment requirements: Must be 21 or older. Clear driving record, background check, and clean drug screening are required for employment.
