Full Time: Sun-Wed Or Wed-Sat 11pm-7am

Fulshear is a residential treatment to transition program for women , ages 18-27. Relationships are the guiding star of our program, where our work is helping young women heal and live beyond trauma and attachment wounds.

What does this job do?

• Support, Guide, Encourage, and Inspire clients in the direction of their goals.
• Model and develop healthy and meaningful relationships for our clients.
• Assess and tend to our clients' physical, emotional and environmental needs..
• Ability to work in an overnight capacity; hours, initiative to keep work environment clean, neat, and functional.
