- “Front Door” of the Brehm Center, fielding inquiries and sending them to the appropriate persons

emails and advise students and Learners on how best to engage with the Brehm Center - Assist Project Manager with internal project briefs and external marketing needs, including sending e-news, and posting social media posts.
- Keep track of leads and contacts who expressed interest in a Brehm program or degree.
- Manage content calendar (emails, socials, blog, etc) with the support of the Project Manager.
- Manage all details for conferences and events (including, but not limited to: annual conferences, workshops, lectures, fundraising events, and donor meetings)
- Events marketing in partnership with Project Manager
- Recruit sponsorships for Brehm events, and maintain a database of past sponsors
- Serve as primary liaison for churches and nonprofit partners who may host or sponsor events
- Book sites, manage catering, room setup, parking, print materials, and speaker hospitality for all events
- Develop and maintain broad network of partnerships with vendors
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Understanding of the mission and vision of the Brehm Center and ability to focus on events that are mission-centric
- Minimum two years’ experience in event planning
- Ability to set aside preferences in order to offer welcome to others
- Ability to think ahead and anticipate the needs of others
- Ability to maintain brand coherence in all marketing materials for programs and events
- Excellent people skills, with pleasant, patient, professional manner
- Ability to work efficiently independently and in collaboration within a team
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Ability to initiate and maintain direct communication
- Flexibility in responding to changing priorities
- Must be willing to abide by Fuller Community Standards
- This is a hybrid position, primarily working from the Pasadena campus with some availability to work from home.
- Salary rate the seminary expects to pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
