The DataScientist/Data Engineer will be responsible for reviewing data sets of manydifferent types, identifying trends in the data, and finding methods for otherusers of the system to do a basic review of the data. The successful candidatewill provide end-users a better understanding of what they are reviewing, andhelp by teaching small groups of users, creating FAQ pages, and/or creatingexample documentation of best practices for data review. The DataScientist/Engineer will help show the deficiencies in the currently available softwareand suggest changes so that end-users can more easily access the data that is mostimportant to them. The successful candidate will collaborate and coordinatewith the software developers.

Requirements

·ActiveTop Secret Clearance

·Atleast two (2 ) years of experience as a data scientist or data engineer

·Experienceworking in a position where data is aggregated in order to conduct large-scaleanalysis

·Experienceworking with different data sets and kinds of data

·Knowledgeof and experience working with pivot tables and graph analytics (such asKibana) and the ability to train others on their use

·Abilityto assist end-users with questions related to data

·Abilityto provide technical documentation, user guides, instructional information, andtechnical support related to the data

·Excellentcommunication skills with the ability to communicate with others with varyinglevels of technical knowledge

·Bachelor’sdegree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related fieldOR in place of a degree, an additional six (6) years of specialized workexperience as a data scientist or data engineer
