Responsibilities
•Provide a warm welcome to our internal and external guests.
• Answer all guest questions and proactively suggest items for purchase fitting their needs.
• Efficiently checking out guests, which involves ringing up the items, engaging the guest in conversation, collecting a form of payment for charges incurred and neatly wrapping the items purchased.
• Handle large amounts of currency accurately and efficiently.
• Assist guest with any concerns that they may have and record such comments and concerns.
• Complete and process all necessary paper work in neat and accurate manner.
• Answers the phone within three rings and with a smile.
• Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
