• Act as primary point of contact to coordinate efforts between commercial and R&D activities to develop new products and improve existing portfolios
• Provide technical support of grease and fluid lubricants for targeted industries
• Support in the development of new business opportunities with customers
• Solid understanding of customer and industry approval needs and processes
• Collaborate with product managers for activities supporting product life cycle management, approvals and training
• Lead all customer field trials and technical projects, coordination with sales, analysis of trials and internal and external written reports

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business or Science related backgrounds
• 3 years of either business, engineering, or sales experience
• Strong knowledge of lubrication, engineering, or aerospace industry
• Open to travel (20-30%)
• Comfortable working in a hybrid work setting
