As a Community Planner/Designer, you will work with a team to plan and design future single-family housing communities. You will work with local governments to get approval for communities to be built.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and gather data on land use, zoning regulations, and environmental impact assessments
- Prepare and present reports, maps, and visualizations to clients and stakeholders
- Utilize GIS software to analyze spatial data and create maps for land planning projects
- Use CAD software to create detailed site plans and layouts
- Assist in the preparation of environmental impact statements and other regulatory documents
- Stay up-to-date with local, state, and federal regulations related to land use planning
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and potential impacts of proposed developments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Environmental Science, Landscape Architecture, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of environmental law and regulations
- Proficiency in GIS software for spatial analysis and mapping

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
