The Purchasing Module Manager (PMM) will be the national leader of the new home building flooring module. The PMM will be the trainer and project manager for the staggered rollout to each division in the company. The PBA will provide support and subject matter expertise to end users across 15 divisions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain training materials module rollout.
• Collaborate with Senior and Division leadership on the rollout and maintenance of the module.
• Understand and train on how all systems function together (JD Edwards E1, Envision, and BuildPro)
• Knowledge of the procurement and installation process.
• Work closely with business process owners and stakeholders to identify and prioritize system enhancement requests.

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree is required
• 5 years' of experience in new home construction purchasing.
• Experience creating and leading trainings
• Knowledge of Homebuilding, Job Cost, and Procurement practices for the construction industry.

*Travel to divisions for product rollout is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $115,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
