We are partnered with a rapidly growing, credible organization that is looking to add a few members to their administrative team to support some essential business functions. This is a permanent direct hire role that is fully onsite Monday-Friday 8am-5pm & is eligible for 2 bonuses.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• The position entails managing contract documents
• Overseeing contract transactions
• Conducting payment variance analyses for reporting and budgeting
• Handling light customer billings,
• Tracking contract-related dates, resolving issues, and managing account ledgers.
• Proficiency in understanding complex contract language and data, meeting strict deadlines, and multitasking is essential.
• The role may also involve assisting in special projects and performing other assigned duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $44,500.00 per year
