Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee the construction of single-family residential homes from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction, exceptional leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering superior results.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Manage all aspects of the construction process for single-family residential homes, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Site Supervision: Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and building codes.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate construction teams, including subcontractors and vendors, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high standards of craftsmanship and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations to create a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
• Client Communication: Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure their needs are met throughout the construction process.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction, using creative problem-solving skills to keep projects on track.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports, photographs, and as-built drawings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in residential construction, with a proven track record of successful project management.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and interact with clients.
• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
