FTS is Hiring a Construction Manager Near Loveland, CO

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team and oversee the construction of townhomes. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Coordinate and oversee all phases of townhome construction projects from planning to completion.
  • Scheduling: Create and maintain construction schedules, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure timely completion of milestones.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and company standards.
  • Safety Management: Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.
  • Subcontractor Management: Schedule and manage subcontractors.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve construction-related problems and challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and permits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager, with a track record of successfully managing multifamily construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • OSHA certification and other relevant industry certifications (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
