Polished Casual restaurant and bar seeking a highly personable and motivated General Manager to oversee flawless execution of daily restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of contemporary dining, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create a welcoming environment that exceeds guest expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a diverse team of professionals, including bar staff, culinary team, and support staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance the overall guest experience, drive revenue growth, and maximize profitability.
• Oversee all aspects of operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards.
• Partner with the executive chef to create and execute seasonal menus and innovative culinary concepts that reflect the brand and appeal to our discerning clientele.
• Implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation, in accordance with local health regulations and industry best practices.
• Analyze financial performance metrics, such as sales trends, labor costs, and inventory levels, to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
• Cultivate relationships with guests, soliciting feedback and proactively addressing any concerns or issues to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

• Minimum three (3) years of General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to deliver exceptional service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships with both guests and staff.
• Proven track record of driving sales and achieving financial targets
• Knowledge of food and beverage trends, as well as wine and cocktail culture.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software
