Position Summary
Under direct supervision of the Restaurant Manager, oversees operation of the restaurant, bar and other assigned food venues.
Responsible for maintaining value, quality, and service of front of house service Provides supervision of F&B staff overseeing the service and maintenance of the various restaurant venues.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED plus three years food service experience required. One year supervisory experience required. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug / alcohol screen and background investigation.
