Job Description
The Sales Account Assistant will be the administrative point of contact for builder accounts, but mainly be the person responsible for receiving builder's selections and entering them into the system to be ordered.
Account Administrator Responsibilities
Input flooring selections from builder’s color sheets into our system.
Check all builder’s P.O’S for accuracy.
Schedule all flooring jobs with builders and put on schedule.
Manage reschedules.
Create work orders
Research all install issues as they come up. (Material shortages, missing materials, etc.)
Work with installation managers to get installers out in the morning in a timely manner
Make sure job templates are correct and current
Qualifications
Experience in construction field a plus, but not required.
Exceptional attention to detail
Advanced computer skills and Excel experience
Exceptional communication skills - both verbal and written, including being assertive and cooperative
High School diploma, minimum
