Description
The primary duties of the Receptionist are to schedule appointments for counselors, answer multi-line phone system and receive payments for services. The Receptionist will also organize new chart files, file and computer data entry.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Qualification/Requirements
A high school diploma or GED is required. Prior experience with MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook is required. Ability to work independently is required. Keyboarding experience required. Ability to multitask is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills is required. Prior experience in a professional office environment is preferred. The ability to work efficiently and accurately in an atmosphere of frequent interruption is required. The ability to deal with difficult people and/or situations is required.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing, paper shredding, fax/scan/copying, refilling copier with paper is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, lift reams of paper, empty paper shredder and ben or stand as necessary. While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk and/or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds may be required.
