Looking for a great phone personality to be our phone receptionist for our 8 locations.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate office activities and ensure office supplies are stocked
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Knowledge of Automotive CRM systems is a plus
