Who you are:
As a Senior Trust Operations Specialist with Frost, you are our support, by tackling various task to ensure a seamless trust experience. In this role, you will use your meticulous mind-set and time management skills to balance reports and validate transactions. Our specialists believe in efficiency and strive to go above and beyond with integrity, caring and excellence in mind.
What you'll do :

• Maintain information within trust systems to preserve accuracy and completeness of records
• Leverage institutional knowledge to make recommendations that optimize trust operations processes
• Monitor checks that are disbursed into trust accounts to ensure transactions are accurately processed
• Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you'll need:

• 4 years of financial operations experience or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
