Who you are:

As an Investment Operations Supervisor with Frost Investment Services, you are our leader, You will manage a team of investment operations professionals. You will act as a source of knowledge and point of escalation for questions regarding operations. Our supervisors have a genuine care for people and enjoy developing people and do it with integrity, caring and excellence in mind.

What you’ll do:

• Ensure that all investment transactions are processed accurately and efficiently
• Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and potential issues in investment operations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that investment operations align with overall company goals
• Develop and implement procedures and controls to maintain the integrity of investment data
• Provide guidance and training to team members to improve their skills and performance
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth operation of the department
• Stay informed of industry developments and regulations to ensure compliance
• Always take action using Integrity, Caring and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need:

• 4 years of experience in Investment operations
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Series 7 and 63 FINRA License
• Proficient in Microsoft applications

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field
