Management position responsible for leading a team of professionals in the delivery of crisis services to individuals who call in on our crisis hotline. Oversees the development, implementation, monitoring and performance evaluation of services and programming. Provides clinical direction to direct service staff.

Primary responsibilities:

• Review each call that comes into the crisis hotline to assure that appropriate services were provided
• Assist in the determination of any follow-up service that might be needed
• Coordinate the assignment of staff when a crisis assessment is warranted
• Monitor the referrals/admission to the Child Crisis beds in Cuyahoga county
• Provides support to staff’s professional growth and resilience

Required Qualifications:

• LISW or LPCC
• Master’s Degree and five years of experience with SMD population. Experience with SUD a plus.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
