Description

Management position responsible for leading a team of professionals in the delivery of crisis services to individuals who call 911 or 988 in crisis. Oversees the development, implementation, monitoring and performance evaluation of services and programming. Provides clinical direction to direct service staff.

Primary responsibilities:

• Review calls that come into the crisis hotline from 911 or 988 assure that appropriate services were provided.
• Dispatch clinical team to complete face-to-face assessment when appropriate.
• Assist in the determination of any follow-up service that might be needed.
• Coordinate the assignment of staff when a crisis assessment is warranted.
• Provides support to staff’s professional growth and resilience.
• Will also periodically provide direct service when staff is not available.

Schedule:

• 40-hour work week plus some evening and weekend on-call

This is an exempt, non-union position.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Must have either LISW or LPCC.
• Five years’ experience with SMD population. Experience with SUD a plus.
