The Associate Director, Crisis Services, is a senior leadership position that provides administrative and clinical oversight to the programs of the Mobile Crisis Team. The ADCS supervises a team of Managers, leading the coordination, planning, development and implementation of mobile crisis services for adults, children and families served within Cuyahoga County. These programs include, but are not limited to the 988 Helpline, Mobile Crisis Teams, Crisis chat & text, and the Co-Responder teams. Focus is given to patient-centered, community-based responses and service coordination between agency programs and other community providers. The ADCS participates in the development of policies and procedures to ensure consistency in service response and compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, and standards.
Essential Functions:
Schedule: typically works Mon-Fri 9:00- 5:30 but will be required to work various times and days as needed to fill in for call-offs.
This is an exempt, non-union position.
Required Qualifications: Must have either LISW-S or LPCC-S. Five years’ experience with SMD population. Experience with SUD a plus. Previous experience working in Mobile Crisis is preferable
