Responsible for the management, implementation and monitoring of Rapid Rehousing and Young Adult Services treatment team to support participants’ housing, self-sufficiency and recovery. Responsible for the quality and outcomes of treatment including monitoring adherence to Trauma Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, Permanent Supportive Housing, Critical Time Intervention, Transition to Independence process model, and Individual and Placement Support-Supported Employment through direct clinical supervision. Implements an intensive service model which provides a rental subsidy and case management services for young adults, with the focus on building the skills to maintain housing and increase self-sufficiency. Works collaboratively with all stakeholders. Forwards mission of ending Young Adult Homelessness.
As a member of FrontLine Service senior leadership team, will courageously serve FrontLine Service in accomplishing its mission, creating a culture of excellence, resiliency, and recovery. Will identify and provide the best possible tools to empower staff and those whom we serve. Will lead by living the values and philosophy held by FrontLine Service and will act as a faithful steward of organization and community resources.
This is an exempt, non-union position. The hours of work are Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Masters’ Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field with a minimum of five years work experience in a social service environment. LSW or LPC required.
