POSITION SUMMARY
Frontier Justice Sales Consultants are required to have top notch customer service skills and product knowledge, across departments. Consultants should create relationships with clients to understand and identify needs and provide solutions with our inventory to those needs. Sales Consultants must understand products offered throughout the store including memberships.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Achieve Results
- Provide a high level of consultative customer service
- Achieve sales quotas by consistently selling multiple items to customers
- Handle multiple customers on the sales floor and fitting room
- Always be goal oriented to adding sales in the fitting room, via suggestive selling.
- Contribute to and maintain store visual standards
Operational Excellence
- Reports daily to the Boutique Supervisor as to any operational issues that might need addressed.
- Educate clients through detailed explanations showing product knowledge and awareness of market trends.
- Maintain a clean work space and fitting room environment.
- Maintain professional and courteous appearance and demeanor.
- Strive to reflect the brand and wear the brand as much as possible.
Relationships
- Establish and ensure collaborative, supporting relationships within the entire organization.
- Establish and maintain positive, effective relationships with key resources, including external vendors, clients and the general public.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/ Key Competencies
- Being able to multi-task and keep several clients at a high level of customer service at a time
- Being able to make the level of sales expected through encouragement of multiple item sales
- Follows all store procedures and protocols, especially related to accuracy in the POS system and regarding loss prevention
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time on the sales floor
EDUCATION
High school degree/Attaining or GED preferred
EXPERIENCE
Preferably 1-2 years retail experience.
OTHER
- Normal overtime/extended work hours.
- Must be able to physically audit and inspect all operations.
