Frontier Cooperative is offering an exciting career opportunity for a Location Manager at our Greenwood, NE location. This candidate provides exceptional leadership, employee development, and operational skills to lead a team. The successful candidate is responsible for overseeing the successful day-to-day operations and employee management for our Grain/Agronomy facility and the Greenwood Station.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Prioritize and promote a strong safety culture, ensure OSHA, EPA, & DOT compliances are met, and companies policies, and regulations are maintained. 
• Understand the functions of an agriculturalgrain/agronomy location.
• Assure the facility is staff appropriately with the right employees at the right time.
• Properly coach and train new and current employees regarding policies, procedures and appropriate regulations required for their role.
• Meet with employees regularly to discuss goals, career path, and opportunities for improvement. 
• Effectively motivate, engage and support employees and hold them accountable for the responsibilities given to them. 
• Communicate with employees, collaborate with colleagues and keep Regional Manager informed at all times.
• Maintain the ultimate customer experience quality standards, promote product and services.
• Responsible for monthly inventory management and cycle counts.

This is a leadership position and is expected to be knowledgeable about all duties performed at thisgrain/agronomy location. Must be able to work various shifts and weekends when called upon, especially during peak seasons.

Requires agriculture-related experience in an agricultural (grain/agronomy and shuttle loader) facility. 

A CDL Class A or B license with HazMat and Tanker endorsements and/or have the ability to obtain CDL/endorsements within 60 days of employment.
