Are you experienced in running a surgical or specialist patient scheduling department? Does driving processes through a team, analytics and looking at reports daily get you up in the morning? We need you if you have experience in logistics scheduling, keeping the trains on time and driving utilization in a national mobile healthcare environment. You will need a high attention to detail, the ability to visualize, articulate and solve complex scheduling problems in a fast-paced environment.
This role would lead a revenue-generating department, with an intense focus on achieving goals through increasing utilization and decreasing no-show/cancellation percentages. This position sets a motivational tone for their team and establishes a high degree of optimism requiring a high energy individual that is assertive, outgoing and has a strong attention to detail. We need a leader that can develop processes and strategies to improve the scheduling and optimization processes.
